MONARCH INDUSTRIES
Established in 1989, Monarch Industries, a wholly Australian-owned company, has been designing, manufacturing and installing spray booths and baking ovens to a diverse client base. We specialise in custom design and production, and have worked with many clients to increase their business capacity and efficiency, whilst maximising their workshop floor space.
Designing Spray and Baking systems, suiting the individual needs of our clients, is what we are about. Our business provides the following:

Automotive Booths
A Monarch Spray Booth is an electrical device, designed and constructed to dilute explosive atmospheres during spray and bake cycles.
The Monarch Ultrafinish 882 Series has unique Safety Devices, including the following:
- Heat exchange system to protect the operator from the residue of combustion,Safety 'shut-down' system indicating blocked inlet and exhaust filters,Pressurised internal light system, removing particles and vapors from the light cavities,Exhaust filtration housed separately from the booth enclosure,Toughened Safety glass in viewing windows and lights,
- Equipotential bonding design to prevent static discharge and greatly reduce fire risks.
These Safety Design features and more make the Monarch Booths leading edge in their field and the safest choice for any operator.

- A traditional spray baking oven with top mounted or side mounting running gear;Heated by gas, diesel or electricity; Single or twin fan; Available in different configurations; Drive through access;
- Electrical options are available in both single and three phase supply.

Ultrafinish 884 - Water Based©
- This booth is specifically designed to enhance the spraying characteristics of water based paints;Equipped with longitudinal heat exchangers and heat recovery accumulators; Heating systems can be either gas or diesel with single or dual fan circulation;
- Heat exchangers are roof mounted.

Ultrafinish Infrared Systems©
- Quartz heated booths, with dedicated spraying/baking areas, or full baking, through a proportional area control system;
- No required distances or different selection for different colours;
- No internal moving systems;
- Infrared heating or normal gas, diesel drying options;
- Available with drive through accessability;
- Single or dual fans.

Industrial Booths
Monarch Industries provides specialist spray and bake solutions to Primary Industry and preproduction and component suppliers.
Monarch has developed systems and booths that produce high quality paint and finishing results designed for heavy industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Monarch's advanced design capabilities has enabled production of a de-ionizing plant, multi-stage spray booths, and a contunious 130°C baking oven, with automatic cooldown.
By specifically addressing client requirements and utilising current technology, Monarch's designs are able to minimize energy loss, whilst maximising efficiency.
Longitudinal heat exchangers enable the air to remain in contact with the heat exchanger for longer periods, allowing more efficient energy transfer.
This enables the spray and bake cycles to operate at a optimum temperature and shortened time.
Mixing Rooms
Monarch Industries provides systems for mixing automotive, commercial and industrial paint, generally two-pack isocyanates. Mixing rooms are designed according to the booth installed and prvide a superior quality, ventilated, explosion proof area, for the preparation of paint.
The Mixing Area can be directly connected to paint lines to provide a centralised paint delivery system to each of the booths.
Preparation Areas
Monarch Preparation Areas are used, largely by the automotive sector for all processes undertaken prior to spray painting.
This includes:
- removal of old/existing car finishes,
- sanding,
- refilling panels and bodywork,
- priming and undercoating,
- masking etc.
